honestly,

im very proud to have all 8 of u in PJ mini GLAD

and im so touch...during the begining and ending part of today's session

for begining...

im very very impressed with what u all did...

the very funny chicken dance...especially

and children are enjoyed during the game

"ice" between each had been successfully "break"

the laughter of all in the room are the ultimate motivator for me

for the ending part...i mean..during the sharing session

i really appreciate all of your effort

i witness the result....

but still i can see the process and your effort

right after the children leave our room

sitting in the chair

looking at all of your faces

listening to feedback and sharing from you guys

i duno how to describe the feeling at that moment

it's just like......

something there...

touching me...

touches my heart...

and makes me feel like crying

but....ahha..i'll save my tears...

to the very last ending result...

after we successfully launch CSP

• to Chan Yann, good leader!!!i can see your effort in this project!thanks for rushing back to the session after your own work!thanks for the games!
• to Xiao Fang, Thanks for back to the session after work as well!!!and ...You are an Effective Coach now!!!keep it up!

• to Sally, Thanks for the slides!whatever u've declare,you will attract the same thing! when u say u can't control your emotion, you will attratc that!!! if you really WANT to control your emotion, be clear of it!FOCUS on it!!!and only replicate whatever which is work for you in controlling your emotion!be flexible and don't fix urself into the statement "I can't control my emotion"...U have to believe...that you CAN!!!because you WANT it!!!it will happen in you...oneday!
  
• lastly, to Biam Hong,Thanks for the movie! don't create story for yourself...story will burden you more! when you tell youself, "Oh no, there are too many work for me to do...too much burden...I cant carry it!" and you'll come to believe that "Wow....this is really heavy for me...I cant go on anymore!!!"...and guess what will happen???you will really stop there!!!for me, life is not just like this...i can create something to happen in my life!and life without challenge...no FUN!!!it's depends on how you manage and define the word "challenge" and your own ability!!!don't limit yourself!!!!!!
